Flow & Structure
Psilocybin Retreat flow and daily structure.
Each day of the retreat is intentionally designed to guide you through a transformational experience with Psilocybin, with enough space for integration, and rest, creating a structured and supportive experience from arrival through departure.
Arrival at the retreat center, settle into your room, and meet the other guests along with our facilitation team. The day is focused on grounding and easing into the retreat environment. We will host an opening circle with all the guests and team where we lay out the foundation for the rest of the week.
The day begins with meditation and preparation sessions. Guests meet individually with facilitators and participate in workshops designed to support readiness.
During the day we hold a microdose session, share microdosing protocols and gather for a cleansing Temazcal ceremony in the afternoon or a hike in the lush nature surrounding the retreat.
The morning begins with movement and preparation sessions. The first ceremony is held in the evening within a guided and structured environment.
A full day dedicated to rest, reflection, and integration activities. Guests have space to process their experience with group support.
The final ceremony is held during the day with a guided exploration of the senses that supports our inner development and transformation. The day ends with a fire sharing circle and a music journey.
Breakfast together, then departure. Your caring Guest Services support continues in the weeks and months ahead.

Safety & Screening
Safety is foundational to every Behold retreat.
Every Behold guest goes through a comprehensive medical and psychological screening before they are accepted. This step exists to protect you and to ensure our team can provide the level of care your experience deserves.

Integration & Aftercare
Transformation does not end when the retreat concludes.
What happens inside ceremony is a beginning, not an ending. The insights that surface need time and support to take root in daily life.
From the moment you book, a dedicated Guest Services team member walks this path with you. They are available before you arrive, present during your retreat, and reachable in the weeks that follow. Post-retreat integration support and access to our Alumni community mean you are never making sense of this alone.

Psilocybin is the active compound found in certain species of mushrooms. It is one of the most widely researched psychedelic substances, with studies exploring its potential to support healing from depression, anxiety, addiction, and existential distress.
Safety is the foundation everything else is built on. Every guest will complete a thorough medical and psychological screening before acceptance. Ceremonies will be held by experienced facilitators, and our staff-to-guest ratio will allow for genuine 1:1 attention.
Groups will be small and intentionally curated. Behold retreats are designed so that every person receives genuine attention, and the group forms the kind of trusting tight container that deep work requires.
No. The majority of Behold guests attend their first ceremony with us. Our preparation program, medical screening, and experienced facilitators are designed to support first-timers with the care this work deserves.
Both are plant medicines used in ceremonial settings, but the experiences differ. Psilocybin is often described as gentler and more introspective, while Ayahuasca tends to work through a longer, more intense arc across multiple ceremonies.
That uncertainty is welcome and our Discovery Call is meant to answer all of your questions with no obligations.
