Flow & Structure
Women’s Ayahuasca Retreat Retreat flow and daily structure.
Your week is shaped to honor both the depth of the ceremonial work and the unique container of the all-women’s space. Each day balances preparation, ceremony, sisterhood, and rest.
Arrival at the retreat center, settle into your room, and meet the other beautiful women along with our female facilitation team. The evening opens with a women’s circle, a chance to begin forming the connections that will carry the group through the week.
The morning is given to your gentle movement, prep practices, and a 1:1 session with a facilitator. Group workshops help ground the intentions you brought with you. The first Ayahuasca ceremony is held that evening in a fully supported, intimate, all-women’s space.
The morning is reserved for integration, sharing, and quiet reflection within the circle. The afternoon is yours for rest. The second Ayahuasca ceremony is held that evening.
A full day with no agenda beyond rest, reflection, and integration. Sound healing, nature walks, and optional group support are available. This is a day to let everything that has surfaced begin to settle.
The day opens with guided breathwork and continued integration, gently preparing the body and heart for the final ceremony. The third Ayahuasca ceremony is held that evening, bringing the ceremonial arc of your week to a close.
A final integration session and closing women’s circle bring the threads of the week together. Guests begin to prepare for the return home, carrying the sisterhood they have formed with them.
Breakfast together, then departure. Your caring Guest Services support continues in the weeks and months ahead.

Integration & Aftercare
Transformation does not end when the retreat concludes.
What happens inside ceremony is a beginning, not an ending. The insights that surface need time and support to take root in daily life.
From the moment you book, a dedicated Guest Services team member walks this path with you. They are available before you arrive, present during your retreat, and reachable in the weeks that follow. Post-retreat integration support and access to our Alumni community mean you are never making sense of this alone.
