What's included in your Portugal 5-MeO-DMT Retreat
Everything around the work has been thought through so that you can focus only on the work itself. When you arrive, the rest is ours:

Flow & Structure
5-MeO-DMT Retreat flow and daily structure.
The weekend is designed to build trust gradually. You arrive, you settle, you meet the medicine once softly, and then you meet it fully. This pacing is intentional. 5-MeO-DMT asks for complete surrender, and that kind of letting go only happens when the body and heart feel truly safe.
You arrive at the retreat estate, meet the facilitation team and your fellow guests. The group is small enough that trust begins forming immediately. The evening is for grounding, connecting, and allowing the nervous system to arrive in the space.
The morning may begin with yoga, meditation, or gentle movement. After a light breakfast, guests participate in a Bufo session. If the medicine facilitator sees that you have not reached completion he or she may suggest a second session immediately after.
The rest of the afternoon is held for personal processing and walking in nature, journaling, resting. The day closes with dinner.

A final integration session brings the threads of the weekend together. Breakfast, goodbyes, and departure. Your Guest Services team member remains available for ongoing support in the weeks and months that follow.

5-MeO-DMT is the most intense medicine we work with. That is why our safety standards for this retreat are the most rigorous in our entire program. Every guest completes a comprehensive medical and psychological screening before acceptance. Our team reviews every application personally.
We maintain one of the highest staff-to-guest ratios in the industry, giving you the highest 1:1 care and support (and love!). With a maximum of 4 guests and a full facilitation team present, every person receives sustained, individualized attention throughout the weekend. Emergency protocols are active at all times.
We only operate in areas where 5-MeO-DMT is not scheduled as an illegal substance, so your focus can remain entirely on your experience.

The investment is $4,500 USD per person.
The retreat includes one 5-MeO-DMT session. We work towards completion, meaning a second session may be offered if the medicine guide determines the journey has not been fully completed. Sessions are held outdoors where possible, to support a deeper connection with the natural environment. All other activities are designed to support the integration and processing of the experience for lasting transformation.

The group is capped at 4 guests with a full facilitation team present, and emergency protocols are active throughout. This is one of the most carefully held containers for 5-MeO-DMT work in Europe.
Four guests maximum. 5-MeO-DMT demands the most focused attention of any medicine we work with, which is why we keep the group at this size. Each guest receives the full presence of the facilitation team during their session.
They are very different medicines. Ayahuasca works over several hours through visions, emotions, and narrative insights. 5-MeO-DMT is shorter and far more intense, often described as a direct experience of ego dissolution and unity rather than a story or journey. Our team can help you decide which medicine is most aligned with where you are in your life during your Discovery Call.
No prior experience is needed, though this is an intense medicine and not a casual introduction to psychedelics. Our screening and preparation process is specifically designed to evaluate readiness and prepare first-timers with the care this work demands.
Our Weekend 5-MeO DMT retreat in Portugal takes place on a private estate along Portugal’s southern coast. The exact address is shared with accepted guests during the onboarding process.
Faro Airport (FAO) is the closest and the one you should fly to. We provide complimentary transfers from either Faro airport or a local hotel, coordinated by your Guest Services team member.
