The 7-Week Transformation
Once you answer your calling toward your retreat, there is work to be done before, during, and after retreat. If you’re looking for true, long-lasting results, working with a professional is highly encouraged as it will bring you personalized accountability and strength during your time of transition.
The 7-Week Transformation is the container we have built around every Behold retreat. Three weeks of guided preparation. Your retreat experience. Three weeks of supported integration. It is how we ensure that what happens in ceremony becomes a permanent shift in the way you live your life and interact with others.
How the 7 Weeks Unfold
Three phases with one continuous thread of support.
Weeks 1–3 — Preparation
The work begins the moment you make your commitment to your journey and join us. During the three weeks before your retreat, you will be guided through a structured preparation process designed to ensure you arrive grounded, clear, and ready.
Your dedicated Guest Services team member is with you from the start. Together, you will move through medical screening, the pre-retreat dietary protocol, intention-setting, and the complex inner work that makes ceremony that much more effective.
This is the phase most organizations skip entirely. We believe it is one of the most important.
Weeks 1–3 — Preparation
You arrive prepared. You are welcomed by a team that already knows your name, your intentions, and your history. Whether you have chosen Ayahuasca, 5-MeO-DMT, or Psilocybin — whether you are in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Portugal — the ceremonial experience is held within a small, vetted group and guided by facilitators with decades of combined experience.
The retreat itself is where the medicine does its deepest work. But the retreat alone is not the transformation. The transformation is the full arc.
Weeks 5–7 — Integration
This is where most people lose what they gained. Not at Behold.
The three weeks following your retreat are dedicated to integration – the careful, supported process of translating ceremony insights into real and lasting change in your daily life. Your Guest Services team member remains available. Integration sessions, reflection frameworks, and access to our alumni community help you ground what emerged and integrate those lessons into daily life.
Integration is not an afterthought at Behold. It is the reason the transformation lasts.
Deepen the Journey with 1:1 Coaching
For those who want more personal guidance — before, during, and after.
For guests who want deeper, more personalised support throughout their 7-week journey, we offer an optional 1:1 Coaching Program with one of our experienced coaches.
Coaching is 100% online and tailored entirely to your individual needs, your intentions, and the themes you want to explore. Sessions may be focused on pre-retreat preparation, post-retreat integration, or both — your coach will shape the journey according to what serves you most.
What the Coaching Program Looks Like
Each program is adapted to you. Below is a sample of the structure we often follow:
Preparation Phase (Weeks 1–3)
Week 1 — Setting the Stage. Introduction to your personal coach, assessment of your goals, and establishing how you will work together.
Week 2 — Foundations for Growth. Tools and practices to better know yourself, to sit with your emotions, and to begin the inner work that ceremony will deepen.
Week 3 — Intentions and Resilience. Crafting meaningful intentions for your retreat and developing strategies for resilience and adaptability – because this work asks for courage.
Integration Phase (Weeks 4–7)
Week 4 — Reflect and Integrate. Reflection on retreat insights and beginning the process of weaving them into daily life.
Week 5 — Deepening Insights. Techniques for understanding and applying your retreat experiences across all areas of your life — relationships, work, purpose, health.
Week 6 — Taking Action. Developing a clear, actionable plan for implementing change, with accountability and honest support.
Week 7 — Sustainable Growth. Planning for long-term growth, connecting with community, and identifying next steps on your path.
Investment: $1,500 USD for the full 7-week coaching program.

- You have been high-performing externally but feel something significant is misaligned internally
- You are ready to look honestly at the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that have been running your life beneath the surface
- You want expert support around you — not just during ceremony, but in the weeks before and after
- You are willing to do the integration work that turns insight into lasting change
If you are unsure whether this is the right path, that uncertainty is welcome. Our Discovery Call exists precisely for that honest conversation.
